Trivia

THE DEEPEST diver on earth is the Austrian Herbert Nitsch, who won the world dynamic apnea record for free-diving to 183 metres without oxygen equipment and without losing consciousness. The total 360-metre journey took a good few minutes, but to top it all Nitsch also holds the world record for holding his breath - 9 minutes 4 seconds.
